Free to build and free to look at, yes. We design and build your real, working site, every page of it, and you go through all of it before a dollar changes hands. No deposit, no contract, no card on file. Why would we do that? Pitching wastes everyone's time. We build first, you look at all of it, and some sites never sell. That is our cost of finding clients. The money only comes up when you want it live.

What does "24 hours" actually mean?
The 24-hour clock runs from your deposit to the rest of your site being ready. It is the gap between your deposit and the rest of your site being ready. You have already seen a real working homepage for free by then. The $1,500 starts the rest, every other page lands within 24 hours, and you go live about a week from that deposit once your changes are in. If your domain or hosting access takes longer to sort out, we say so up front and walk through it with you.

Most custom websites at typical agencies take 2 to 6 weeks. We deliver the free build in 1 to 2 days, finish the whole site once you approve the direction, and put it live within 24 hours of your deposit. Launch timing depends on your domain and hosting access, which we walk through with you.
Do I need to provide content and photos?
No. We research your business, write the copy, and pull together photos. A professional photo shoot at your business is included in the price, and we schedule it once the site is going live. If you already have good photos we will happily use those instead. We never use stock photos.
Can you migrate my old website?
Yes. Most of our clients are replacing a site that is not doing its job. Same path: we build the new site free so you can see the direction. If it is right, we rebuild the rest, show you every page, and migrate cleanly so your Google rankings carry over.
What is included in the $3,500 flat fee?
Custom design, hand-coded build, every page your site needs, a real photography session, online booking if you want it, mobile-first responsive layout, technical SEO and structured data, local search optimization, contact form with spam protection, analytics, one year of small content updates, and (for redesigns) migration of your existing rankings. What if I need additional pages later?
More pages do not change the price. Your core pages are designed by hand, and the rest are built on the same design, so a bigger site is not a bigger bill. Need a page later? Drop us a note and we add it.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The $3,500 covers the whole site: the pages you need, online booking if you want it, and a professional photo shoot at your business. The one thing that adds cost is an online store, and we quote that up front. Hosting is on Cloudflare Pages and we cover the first year. After that hosting is essentially free (Cloudflare's free tier handles most small-business sites). No surprise invoices, ever.
Where is my website hosted?
Cloudflare Pages. Fast, secure, and reliable. Because we hand-code everything, there are no platform fees or hosting costs. Your site just works.
Do I own the website after launch?
Yes. The site, the domain, and all the code are yours. Forever. You are not locked into a CMS, a builder platform, or a vendor relationship. If you ever want to move on, you take everything with you.
Do you build on WordPress?
No. We hand-code every site in static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using Astro and Tailwind. No CMS overhead, no plugin updates, no security patches to chase. Your site is faster, more secure, and cheaper to run long-term. If you specifically need WordPress for an existing reason, we can refer you elsewhere.
Can I make changes after it launches?
Yes. Reach out and we handle it. Small updates are fast since we built the site from scratch and know every line of code.
What ongoing maintenance is included?
One year of small content updates is included free. We do not sell a monthly plan. For ongoing maintenance, SEO, and marketing after that, we hand you to Integrity Marketing, the partner we trust with our own clients, and their whole job is exactly that. Static sites also do not break the way WordPress sites do.
Can you integrate online booking or payments?
Yes. Online booking integration (Cal.com, Calendly, Acuity, etc.) is included when you need it. Basic e-commerce (Stripe, Shopify embed, Lemon Squeezy) starts at $1,500 depending on what you need, and it is the one thing that adds to the flat price. We work with the platforms our clients already use rather than reinventing the wheel.
